When placing an online order through Secret Sneaker Store (SSS), all items are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the Australia Post website once the shipment has left our warehouse.
Shipping Within Australia
Shipping within Australia through Secret Sneaker Store (SSS) is completed through Australia Post.
Expected Delivery time for Domestic Shipping is 2 - 5 business days (except WA which could take up to 7 business days).
We do not offer express shipping at this point in time.
Shipping Outside Australia
We currently ship Worldwide except: South America, Africa and Europe.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Hence for international shipping, prices and estimated shipping times may vary - depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.
At Secret Sneaker Store (SSS), we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund. Please note that the no-returns policy does not apply to SSS in-house apparel.

We will gladly provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person and by purchasing you agree that we are not in any way responsible if the size does not fit.

In-store and Online returns Policy
For purchases made online or in-store, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway.
However, if a purchase is made In-store or Online whereby the item is flawed or tarnished (in some-way) resulting in the item being unfit for its purpose, we are able to provide a full refund.
