FAQs for consignors

What can I consign? At SSS we accept a variety of hype apparel and clothing, if you are unsure if your item applies please message us with pictures and item names.

What condition do my shoes need to be in for you to accept them? All sneakers need to have; Perfect uppers absent of stains, holes and scuffing. Clean under soles, no dirt chunks and clean boost dots.

What condition does my apparel need to be in for you to accept them? All apparel needs to have; No noticeable neck stretching. No stains, yellowing or holes. Minimal loose threading.

I don’t have the original receipt/box/bag/insoles, will you still accept my item? We do not accept any items without the original box or insole.

Can I be paid out via cash? Our form of payment is bank transfer which takes between 1 to 3 business days. Payouts in cash is not permitted.

Are there any fees with selling with you? We do take a 20% cut of the final sale price, this is our only mandatory fee.

Am I allowed to take my item back after leaving it with you guys? Yes, there are no fees to retrieve your item with us simply come in store for collection.

How can I check if my item has sold? When consigning with us you will be prompted to create an account in our digital system. Within this system you can view your items currently held by us and your pending payouts. Furthermore you will receive an email upon the successful sale of one of your items.

I haven’t received my payment despite receiving a successful sale email? We handle pay outs through bank transfer at SSS, if you do not receive your payment please wait between 1 to 3 working days before contacting us through messenger or in person.

Am I able to price drop my items? Yes, simply message us or come in store and we can update the price of you item for you.

How is the price of my item determined? We allow you to set the price of your item however if we believe the item is at an unreasonably high price point we may suggest a lower price, vice versa applies for items set too low.

Do you offer shipping on your items? You can now purchase items online if your delivery address is within Australia. Not all items in store are listed online. Though all items listed online are in a brand new condition

Do you offer lay-by or after-pay options? The only instance in which we will hold an item for a buyer is if they make a 50% non-refundable deposit.
