Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: Yes all items come with a 100% authentic guarantee and have a temper proof SSS authenticity tag. SSS has extensive experience in legit checking Yeezys, Supreme, Air Jordans and many other streetwear brands via our 7-point authentication process to ensure that SSS only offers the real thing to it's customers and nothing else!
Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
SSS online only sells 100% new items. All items listed here are in pristine condition.
Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info. Or simply visit us instore to try before you buy! (COVID Update - store are temporarily closed until further notice.)
Q: I see 2 items with the exact same style and size but different price, why the price difference?
A: SSS is a consignment store and prices are determined by sellers, so occasionally there are different prices for the same items. Rest assured that both items are exactly the same so we recommend you pick the cheapest of the two!
Q: What is this extra charge for "Route" insurance?
A: SSS wants to make sure that all customers are fully covered in the event of a lost parcel by Auspost or DHL. To do that, SSS is now working together with ROUTE to make sure you get fully covered in the event that parcels do get lost. See more info about Route HERE.
Q: What if I do not want any insurance coverage with my parcel?
A: To turn off ROUTE insurance simply toggle the Route Insurance button OFF at checkout. See the picture below:
Q: Do you sell giftcards?
A: Yes we do! The gift of choice is one of the greatest gifts we recommend. Please see them here
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Q: My tracking is not updating, what should I do?
A: Due to the sudden rise of shipments due to COVID, Auspost has been overloaded with parcels and are working tirelessly around the clock to fulfil your order. We have noticed that some tracking does not update until the day of delivery. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible and how frustrating it can be.
Please be patient as orders may take an additional 1 week to arrive. For regular updates of the current Auspost situation, please see Auspost website here.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. All stock listed online are on hand.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link.
Q: Do you offer insurance with your shipments?
A: Insurance is available with an extra fee. Please select the shipping option with insurance during checkout.
Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from one of our 3 SSS store locations.
Q: I received my parcel but there some items missing from my order?
A: SSS online displays stock from all 3 SSS locations and sometimes items need to be shipped separately. Hence your order may come in multiple parcels at different times. Please allow a few days for all parcels to arrive.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is not as described or the item is faulty. The next best alternative we can offer is to re-consign the item and we can sell it off for you. There will be a 20% consignment fee but at least you will get some money back when it sells.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide and shipping may take 10-15 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for custom duties relevant to your country.
Q: How do Yeezys fit?
Yeezy sizing it is very different to other sneakers. We generally say to go 0.5 size up as it's a very narrow and flat shoe. However this may vary depending on the person whether they like a tighter/looser fit or if they have a narrow/wide foot. Our best recommendation is that you come instore and try a pair on yourself so you can get the perfect size as we don't do any refunds or exchange for incorrect size.
